Cancellation. Please inquire when reserving. Guests are responsible for payment of the entire reservation amount stated on the reservation confirmation. Special rates will be offered for extended and multiple stays. A 9% New Hampshire state room tax is applied. 

Reservation Deposit is 50% of total.

Check-in, breakfast times are flexible and arranged with each guest.

Check-out time is 11 a.m. unless prior arrangement has been made.

Payment may be made in the form of a cash, local check, credit card..

   A technology fee of 3.98% will be added to all credit card purchases.

Private Parking is offered to each guest. No pets/no smoking.

Please mention any special dietary or allergy restrictions when reserving your room.
